My experience at Mastria Subaru was amazing. Bruce was so easy to work with and made the buying experience stress-free. I was prepared to have my guard up as a young-ish adult woman at a car dealership, but soon felt comfortable. No regrets. Would recommend working with Bruce to anyone.

Overall the dealership experience was the best I've had when looking to purchase a new vehicle. The showroom and waiting areas were very clean and inviting. Folks were friendly and helpful but never made me feel pressured in any way. After a few walks around the car lot we sat down with Bruce to discuss our requirements for a vehicle and what was actually available. Bruce answered our questions and also offered additional information that was extremely helpful. After narrowing down the make of Subaru, we selected a vehicle and went for the test drive. Again, no pressure. We discussed the extra items I was looking for and Bruce suggested the package that contained those items. There was no oversell. I selected my vehicle. Bruce contacted my insurance company, registered the vehicle, and obtained the inspection sticker. We arranged a time for pickup of the car, met the service team with whom we would deal in the future, got another review of the bells and whistles of the vehicle, were handed the keys and I was the owner of a new car. A very happy owner!

Exceptional experience as a repeat customer to trade in 2 vehicles for 2 new ones. Bruce, our sales advisor, took care of us last time which is why we returned again. He came in on his day off just to help us. Chris, the general manager gave us a great deal and Husan in finance quickly completed the transaction and paperwork. We highly recommend this team.

Alex was a fantastic salesperson! He couldn't be further from the stereotype of a high pressure car dealer! Even with having to drive 30 mins out of PVD, Mastria was a great place to get my first Subaru. Worked with Mark Vajentic to find the car I wanted. and he was very communicative and helpful. Mastria had a better value Crosstrek than any of the other dealerships closer to home. Im happy with my purchase and hope to have a strong ongoing relationship with the team at Mastria Subaru.

We’ve worked with Mastria Subaru twice now, both times with Craig, and couldn’t be happier! Craig made the process of buying our Subaru Foresters smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit. He was also incredibly understanding and patient with our kids, which made the whole experience that much better. He follows up every year to make sure we’re continuously happy and always answered all of our questions quickly. We were impressed both times by the professionalism and quality of service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mastria Subaru! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The rental car program was incredibly helpful and made a stressful time so much easier. Matt and the entire team in service were so kind, patient, and supportive throughout the process. My car, which had over 200k miles, needed extensive repairs that just weren’t worth it financially. But Mastria didn’t miss a beat — they helped me find a new (to me) Subaru that fits perfectly within my budget. Craig, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a car I truly love. The vehicle is in amazing condition — it’s clear they take pride in every car they sell and service. I’ve always loved Subarus, but now I’ll be recommending Mastria to anyone looking for Subaru sales or service. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a smooth and positive experience!
